By accessing or using the Bitcoin Bay website (bitcoinbay.com) and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that online sports betting and gaming are legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at welcome@bitcoinbay.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Bitcoin Bay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Bitcoin Bay provides access to sports betting, casino gaming, prop building, and horse racing wagering through a white-label partnership with a licensed third-party platform operator. Bitcoin Bay operates as the branded front end; account management, wagering, odds, payouts, and fund custody are handled by the underlying platform provider.
The availability of specific sports, events, games, and bet types may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Bitcoin Bay accepts deposits via Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies, as well as select payment methods such as Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App (fees may apply for non-crypto methods). All deposits made in Bitcoin are eligible for a 10% Free Play Bonus, subject to the conditions below.
Withdrawals are processed daily, typically between 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM AST. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. Bitcoin Bay reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
The 10% Free Play Bonus on Bitcoin deposits and other promotions are subject to the following conditions:
Bitcoin Bay offers a referral commission program of 20–40% on referred players. Commission rates, eligibility criteria, and payment schedules are determined by Bitcoin Bay and may be adjusted at any time. Referral commissions are calculated based on net activity of referred accounts.
All wagers are subject to the rules established by the underlying platform provider. Maximum bet limits apply and may vary based on the sport, event, or wager type. Bitcoin Bay and its platform partner reserve the right to void, cancel, or adjust any wager in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or suspicious activity.
Bitcoin Bay encourages responsible gaming. If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming problematic, we encourage you to set personal limits and seek assistance. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
Bitcoin Bay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitcoin Bay disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Bitcoin Bay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits.
Bitcoin Bay is not responsible for the actions, policies, or technical performance of third-party platform providers, payment processors, or blockchain networks.
Bitcoin Bay collects personal information (name, email, phone number) during account registration for the purpose of account creation, communication, and compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein. The Platform uses cookies and third-party analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to improve user experience and track site performance.
Bitcoin Bay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
